Abstract

Optically clear adhesives (OCAs) are widely used in optoelectronic displays because of their high outdoor visibility. Here, we develop new transparent adhesive films with wide-viewing-angle characteristics using poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/TiO2 core–shell micro/nanoparticles. TiO2 nanoparticles are embedded in the shell of PMMA microparticles, forming an organic–inorganic hybrid structure. To examine the optical transmittance of the films in the visible wavelength region, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy is performed and light diffusion is evaluated. The TiO2 nanoparticles in the shell of the PMMA microparticles exhibit improved light scattering, and the new functional OCAs are expected to provide wide-viewing-angle characteristics for future flexible displays.  相似文献

颗粒毛细效应是指将一根细管插入填充有颗粒物质的容器中并对管施加竖直振动时颗粒在管内上升并最终达到一个稳定的高度的现象, 该现象为颗粒物料的逆重力输运提供了一种潜在的技术途径. 为探究颗粒毛细效应的影响因素, 采用离散元方法, 模拟再现了颗粒毛细效应过程,展示了不同管径下颗粒竖直方向速度演变特性, 考察了不同容器宽度和振动条件下颗粒最终毛细上升高度随管径的演变规律. 结果表明, 在容器宽度与粒径比为40、管振幅与粒径比为14.33、管振动频率为12 Hz情况下, 管径与粒径比$D/d = 3.33$时, 管内颗粒堵塞严重, 使得颗粒上升缓慢,并造成颗粒柱中断; $D/d = 8.33$时, 起初毛细上升高度增加迅速, 随后毛细上升高度的增大逐渐减缓, 管内颗粒在管径方向几乎不存在速度梯度; $D/d =15$时, 随着颗粒毛细上升高度的增大, 管内颗粒柱分离为速度截然不同的两层, 上层颗粒在管径方向几乎不存在速度梯度, 而下层颗粒存在明显的速度梯度.研究还发现, 在毛细效应能够发生的管径范围内, 存在一个对应于颗粒最终毛细上升高度最大值的临界管径, 当管径小于临界管径时, 颗粒最终毛细上升高度随管径的增大而增大, 当管径大于临界管径时, 颗粒最终毛细上升高度随管径的增大而趋于减小; 增大容器宽度,临界管径有所增大; 增大振幅、适当提高频率能够有效促进临界管径的增大.   相似文献

Positive-parity doublet bands were reported in ~(120)I. Based on these, we discuss the corresponding experimental characteristics, including rotational alignment, and re-examine the corresponding configuration assignment.The self-consistent tilted axis cranking relativistic mean-field calculations indicate that the doublet bands are built on the configuration πh_(11/2)■νh_(11/2)~(-1). By adopting the two quasiparticles coupled with a triaxial rotor model, the excitation energies, energy staggering parameter S(I), B(M1)/B(E2), effective angles, and K plots are discussed and compared with available data. The obtained results support the interpretation of chiral doublet bands for the positive-parity doublet bands in ~(120)I, and hence identify this nucleus as the border of the A ≈ 130 island of chiral candidates.  相似文献

The fluidization behavior of Geldart A particles in a gas–solid micro-fluidized bed was investigated by Eulerian–Eulerian numerical simulation. The commonly used Gidaspow drag model was tested first. The simulation showed that the predicted minimum bubbling velocities were significantly lower than the experimental data even when an extremely fine grid size (of approximately one particle diameter) was used. The modified Gibilaro drag model was therefore tested next. The predicted minimum bubbling velocity and bed voidage were in reasonable agreement with the experimental data available in literature. The experimentally observed regime transition phenomena from bubbling to slugging were also reproduced successfully in the simulations. Parametric studies indicated that the solid-wall boundary conditions had a significant impact on the predicted gas and solid flow behavior.  相似文献

We present two types of relativistic Lagrangians for the Lorentz–Dirac equation written in terms of an arbitrary world-line parameter. One of the Lagrangians contains an exponential damping function of the proper time and explicitly depends on the world-line parameter. Another Lagrangian includes additional cross-terms consisting of auxiliary dynamical variables and does not depend explicitly on the world-line parameter. We demonstrate that both the Lagrangians actually yield the Lorentz–Dirac equation with a source-like term.  相似文献

This paper presents a new approach for the detection and treatment of colloidal particle collisions. It has been developed in the framework of Lagrangian approaches where a large number of particles is explicitly tracked. The key idea is to account for the continuous trajectories of both colliding partners during a time step that is not restricted. Unlike classical approaches which consider only the distances between a pair of particles at the beginning and at the end of each time step (or assume straight-line motion in between), we model the whole relative, and possibly diffusive, trajectory. The collision event is dealt with using the probability that the relative distance reaches a minimum threshold (equal to the sum of the two particle radii). In that sense, the present paper builds on the idea of a previous work. However, in this first work, the collision event was simulated with a simplified scheme where one of the collision partners was removed and re-inserted randomly within the simulation domain. Though usually applied, this treatment is limited to homogeneous situations. Here, an extension of the stochastic model is proposed to treat more rigorously the collision event via a suitable evaluation of the time and spatial location of the collision and an adequate calculation of subsequent particle motion. The resulting collision kernels are successfully compared to theoretical predictions in the case of particle diffusive motion. With these promising results, the feasibility of simulating the collisional regime over a whole range of particle sizes (even nanoscopic) and time steps (from a ballistic to a purely diffusive regime) with a numerical method of reasonable computational cost has been confirmed. The present approach thus appears as a good candidate for the simulation of the agglomeration phenomenon between particles also in complex non-homogeneous flows.  相似文献

A series of well‐defined thermoresponsive graft polymers with different lengths and graft densities, poly(glycidyl methacrylate)‐graft‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylate) (PGMA‐g‐PNIPAM), were successfully prepared by combination of controlled/living free radical polymerization and click chemistry. Effects of grafting length and density on the thermoresponsive behavior, aggregating mean diameter, and self‐assembly morphology are systematically investigated. The thermosensitive characteristics of graft polymers in aqueous solution prove that the length and graft density had positive co‐relationship with the lower critical solution temperature value and mean diameter of micelles as well as the size distribution, while the effect of graft length of polymers is more significant than that of density. Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that the conformations of PGMA45g‐PNIPAM20 and PGMA45g‐PNIPAM46 with longer length and bigger grafting density in aqueous solutions are spherical nanoparticles with the increasing trend of the diameters, while that of PGMA45g‐PNIPAM(73, 50%) shows a spherical‐like morphology, which indicates that the graft length and density have a significant effect on the mean diameter of micelle but not on the self‐assembly morphology. These results reveal that to obtain desired thermoresponsive behavior and self‐assembly morphology of functional polymers, it is essential to design and fabricate the structure of graft polymers with proper length and graft density. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Few solvents are capable of dissolving polyketones (PKs). 1,1,1,3,3,3‐Hexafluoro‐2‐propanol (hexafluoroisopropanol, HFIP) is a better solvent than trifluoroethanol and m‐cresol. When HFIP was evaporated from a PK/HFIP solution, a porous cast‐film with a microparticle structure was formed because the isotactic PKs adopted a helical conformation, and convection during evaporation of the high polarity and low‐boiling‐point HFIP caused aggregation and rolling of the polymer molecules. The addition of plasticizer suppressed particle formation, improving the surface structure and mechanical properties of the film. In particular, the dielectric properties of the film improved significantly. This will enable PKs, which are rigid insulating materials, to be used as dielectric materials, broadening their range of applications. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. 有限质点法是以向量式力学为基础,用有限数量的质点来模拟结构的变形行为,质点的运动由牛顿运动定律来计算。在有限质点法中,质点通过构件相连,构件约束着质点的运动,并且其内力由质点的运动变量来描述。基于向量式力学的基本思想和非线性梁理论,提出了一种新的有限质点法,该方法在共旋单元坐标系中描述梁的非线性变形。以空间梁系结构为例,推导了计算构件内力的非线性公式,并考虑了弯扭耦合变形。通过两个连续欧拉角的变换公式得到共旋坐标系的旋转矩阵。与传统的有限质点法相比,本文提出的方法避免了刚体虚转动分析。通过四个结构的数值求解,验证了本文方法在计算结构大变形响应时具有较高的精度。  相似文献

基于单粒子导心运动代码ORBIT,采用测试粒子模拟方法,研究了托卡马克等离子体内部不同径向位置处局域磁场扰动对高能量离子的损失的影响。研究表明,在局域磁扰动主要分布在某磁面附近、其环向具有类似纹波场形式下,可造成一些靠近等离子体中心区域的高能量离子损失,但对靠近等离子边界的离子损失影响相对不大。这些损失的高能量离子均为捕获离子,离子的投掷角越大就越容易损失。此外,造成高能量离子最大损失率的局域场径向位置与这些损失离子的初始径向位置通常存在一定的偏移,而且这个偏移与这些离子的能量密切相关。当局域场出现在某些位置时,能量较低的离子会有一定的损失,能量较高的离子反而不会损失。  相似文献
